Grand Reserve East

Grand Reserve East is a  residential community planned by Landmar. Located east of Roberts Rd., north of SR100, and south of the Sea Ray Boats plant near Flagler Beach, it will be comprised of 300 homes over 166 acres. 

Done: Rezoning from Industrial to Planned Unit Development (PUD) was approved by the County Council at the June 19, 2006 meeting.

Next: Preliminary plat approval, site development plan for PUD, and final plat approval.

Update: This project is on hold as LandMar and its parent company (Crescent Resources) deal with a chapter 11 bankruptcy.
