Belle Comons

Belle Commons (shopping center) will be built on 12.9 acres at the southeast corner of Belle Terre and SR100. Lowe Enterprises is developing the site for National Recreation Properties. Lowe is also developing Sawmill Creek. The development consists of four buildings totaling 81,300 square feet:

• Main building (in-line shopping center) – 63,287 sq. ft.
• Building 2 – 4,028 sq. ft.
• Building 3 – 8,960 sq. ft.
• Building 4 – 5,025 sq. ft.
